    Installed the free version. It’s mostly self-explanatory. When 100% of the backup is reached, I suggest there is a clear warning not to close the window until the process is REALLY finished. Otherwise, it looks stuck. Thanks!

    Hey @helvecio , thank you for your feedback.

    1. During backup creation process, there is a modal/popup titled “Backup is in process” with a warning not to do any major changes on the website while the backup is being done.
    2. Once the backup process is finished, a new modal shows up that clearly states that, with summary report.
    3. When the backup process has been started, it usually goes all the way to finishing it, even if user has closed the relevant browser page/window.

    However, in an extreme case, it is possible that process is indeed stuck at 100% so monitoring it might be beneficial for detecting the potential issue and resolving it effectively. In such case, please don’t hesitate to open a new support ticket, and our team will be happy to help and resolve it quickly.

    When I reached 100% I promptly went to close the window. Then I noticed the modal window had not changed. That made me wonder if it was finished or not. As I was not in a hurry, and I’m no newbie, I decided to wait a few minutes.

    I got “stuck” for almost 5 minutes at 100% until the new modal shows up.

    I suggest adding something like “Even if it reached 100%, wait for a new modal to appear confirming the process is finished.”
