easiest to customize

Hi all!
I am looking for a theme that would be the easiest to customize without having to go into code.
A theme that you could change the logo on the fly, adjust number of columns, maybe one that allows easy color swapping.
Does such a theme exist? I have seen some with one or the other option, but never one that has everything.

I am just curious, more than lazy. I can go into the code to do these things but it would be great if it was built in, for speed-sake.
