Hello @2008ebuss,
Thanks for reaching out. I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.
Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > EAN > Advanced – set the JavaScript Variation Options > Closest container to .single-product
and see if the issue persists.
Kind regards,
Moshtafziur
Thanks for your response! I tested this, but with no result unfortunately… Only when selecting “Description” at the “Variable products: position in variation” the EAN title is appearing at the frontend, but the EAN code itself is not (but it is filled in).
Any other ideas?
Hello @2008ebuss,
I am sorry to know you are still experiencing the issue.
I have escalated this with our development team. They will get back to you as soon as they can.
Kind regards,
Moshtafizur
Hi @2008ebuss,
Could you please check if there are any JavaScript errors? You can do that in Chrome by clicking the right mouse button, then “Inspect”, and then “Console”.
The console shows me below, but when your plugin is enabled and also disabled.
Uncaught TypeError: f.event.addProp is not a function

Hi, @2008ebuss,
Yes, I believe this could be the reason. As I understand, an error in one JavaScript code can stop the execution of another JavaScript code, as discussed, for example, here. I would suggest, for testing purposes, temporarily switching to some other theme, e.g., Storefront, just to be sure… And if we will confirm that the issue is coming from the WoodMart theme, I would suggest asking them about the error, hopefully, they will know what to do.
I’m going to mark this thread as “resolved” for now, hope that’s ok. Please let me know if there are still any questions/issues.
