EAE PopUp + Collect.Chat works on preview but not on live.

    Hi

    I’m trying to use Collect.chat shortcode inside EAE Pop Up. Tried it as code and as saved section but on both cases preview mode goes perfectly and when I update site It not work.

    I think It’s not a cache problem because I tried to use on anonymous tab of chrome and nothing yet.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @paulomvinhas,
    I have checked the issue it works fine. check browser console if there is an error and also check CSS if there is a CSS rule which is hiding the content. If there is an error message in console provide a screenshot. And you are not getting anything then provide page URL.

    I recorded my screen. Please take a look. There is something very strange happening. When I click inspect with the white pop up opened It works.
    I’m using minify for CSS, I tried to disable it and purge cache but no success.
