    I am very sure the Woocommerce is active on the site. However, EA Product Grid is not detecting it. I suspect it may be an issue with multisite since my site has multisite installed so EA is unable to detect Woocommerce plugin.

    Despite this, may I ask if there are any ways of solving this? Thanks

    @ivanwong201127,

    Well, since you are using Multi-site, you need to actually install the plugins on each of your sub-domain. Hence, EA Product Grid isn’t detecting WooCommerce. There’s no other way to handle this actually.

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the reply. I have installed Woocommerce in the network and enabled it for all subdomains. However, it seems to not be able to detect it.

    @ivanwong201127,

    Does the same happen when you try to use Elementor widgets by the way? Can you please confirm and let us know? Thank you!

    Turns out I had multisite installed and Woocommerce was network activated instead of activated in each site. Issue’s solved. Hope this helps future users!
