Hi, there. Could you please explain a bit more or share a screenshot of your issue with EA Advanced Tabs? Cause from my end, it seemed to be working fine with the latest Elementor PRO version.
Yes, plz check the pictures. One is the background system and one is the page shown. Sorry, I dont know how to add a picture, so please check below link, thanks
It seems like caching issue. Can you please try doing this following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx
Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r3b588
If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache or try another browser too.
Let me know how it goes. Thank you.
I tried, but still not working… I cleared caches like you said, and try a new browser, also pure the CDN cache, the issue still persists.
Okay, thanks. I will contact your support.
Yep, not working AT ALL since updating elementor and elementor pro. Cleared all cache and cookies. Nothing.
Edit: After testing it for a bit, I realized that when you’re logged in, it looks fine, but for logged out users it’s all whack. Please check ASAP. This plugin would be useless for me if not for this feature.
Edit 2: Rolled back Elementor Pro, but with EA current version of 3.9.1 it’s still not working. So it looks like Elementor Pro has nothing to do with it. Your plugin is buggy.
Edit 3: Updated Elementor Pro to the latest version, while keeping EA to version 3.8.5. Everything is working. So it’s not an incompatibility issue, it’s just a bug in your latest version. Stable version of the plugin is 3.8.5.
@malihamannan Thank you! I will try it again with 3.8.5 version. I already used Elementor default tabs widget, but it is not working friendly in Mobile
Hi, guys. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Well, are you guys using EA Advanced Tabs on archive pages by the way? It seems to be working on normal pages actually. You can even check out our demo (all the plugins are updated there and shows fine for logged out users).
However, we have found an issue when its used on archive pages. Our assets aren’t generating in there. Good news is that, we have fixed that issue and we are currently preparing a new release within next couple of days.
So, please confirm whether your issue is on this page or not. Thank you!
Yes, I used it on a product archive page, I will try it when the new version released.
