Most often this happens when the “database user” that WordPress is utilizing doesn’t have permission to create the table. * You can check the permissions this database user has in the web host’s control panel. Make sure this user can create tables. Then you can temporarily disable WooCommerce and activate it again. That will trigger the creation of any missing table.
