 * The create_function function has been removed in PHP 8. Please downgrade your
   server’s PHP version to 7.

 * The issue is with the Patti theme.
 * Since the theme has been discontinued, I recommend taking the opportunity to 
   find a new theme, rather than stay on PHP 7 forever.
