# E2pdf template not activated – Error

 * I have added a download link to the pdf after the user submits the form, but,
   when I click the download button for the pdf, I get the following error:- E2pdf
   template not activated. I have checked the template settings and it shows the
   status is activated. Any suggestions on how can I resolve this issue? Would appreciate
   the help:)

 * Recheck please if you have used correct ID of E2Pdf Template inside “Success 
   Message” and E2Pdf Template connected to correct form.
 * If it still okay, attach please screenshots of _“Templates List”_ and form _“
   Success Message”_. Also, are you able to do export via “E2Pdf” -> “Export”?

 * Thanks for the reply! I was able to resolve the issue by replacing the ID of 
   E2Pdf Template inside “Success Message”. Appreciate the help🙏
