# E-mails missing for updated orders

 * Created another ticket on 7 july 2021 #522700. Have you closed CedCommerce as
   there seems to be no support left???
 * I have also asked the same in ticket #190815 from the 29th of Jun, but still 
   haven’t gotten a response, so here I’m trying again.
 * I have update order until Hold installed on a website (Installed with CedCommerce
   help). When a customer updates an order, i do not get a notification e-mail with
   the update – how can that be achieved?
