 * Hi Support Team,
 * I have a problem with the e-mailsystem in your plug-in.
    My sendmail-log from
   the server tells me that a e-mail has send but I never receive one.
 * I hope you can help me.
 * Thanks

 * Please install [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/)
   and check if you recieve emails correctly coming out of your site

 * So many reasons for this:
    - You tried to send to Hotmail, Gmail, or Yahoo but you didn’t use their SMTP
      server
    - You authenticated with one of the services above, but you spoofed your sender
      email address
    - You have a custom domain and either don’t have an SPF record or you violated
      your own SPF rule when sending
 * If you know the message was sent, I don’t think installing WP Mail SMTP will
   fix anything.

 * I think you are mixing things. We are not sending the emails but your server
   is sending them. So all the reasons you mentioned above are non relevant in this
   case
 * Make sure you install the plugin and check if the server itself is sending email
   correctly by using the test option

 * [@cm](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cm/) plugins, are you talking to me?
 * User [@icezwo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/icezwo/) already told you
   his server is sending them.
 * Thus I’m very sure that everything I listed is relevant. It’s not an issue with
   your plugin.
