# E-Mail Line Breaks Missing

 * Dear Support, we do not use the E-Mail Template option as we want consistent 
   simple plain text E-Mails. However, if we do so we recently loose all line breaks
   in the generated emails. The email contents clearly contain line breaks both 
   in visual and text mode. Please advice, thank you!

 * Have you tried putting in the link breaks via html? Eg: `<br />` ?

 * If I enter HTML line breaks they get parsed away on change visual/text or save,
   same with <p>. Lists and refs however remain. Also html tags are visible when
   I open the e-mail tab after page load and disappear when I change visual/text.
