Hi, Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings > Tracking Display customizer > General Settings panel and you can clear the “Additional text after header” option.

I already have tried this option, but this only removes the heading, not the text below:

To remove the text before tracking table Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings > Tracking Display customizer > General Settings panel and remove text from the “Additional text after header” option and check. It will remove the text before the table.

As I have written, when I set the checkbox, only the heading is removed…

It’s In Transit email by TrackShip email, I have a fix for you, we will fix that in the next release of the plugin. to make it faster for you, we will send TrackShip developer the plugin files with the fix and they will send it to you tomorrow.

We just released the latest version of the plugin and removed that additional text for shipment status emails before the tracking info table.
