# E-Mail different

 * if i send a email via the TEST button, it is OK. If i send it from the backend(
   order) – it is OK too. But if i make a test order, then the design is different.
   The Layout is bigger and the IMPRESSUM at the end shows:

 * We couldn’t replicate the issue when we tested our plugin with the Elementor 
   plugin. We understand that you are experiencing a difference in the design layout
   when sending emails using our plugin.
 * To further investigate the issue, could you please provide me with more information
   about the settings? Are you using any specific settings to add the mentioned “
   IMPRESSUM” to the email templates? It would also be helpful if you could provide
   me with screenshots of the different design layouts you are experiencing. You

   convenience.
