E-mail content to followers who follow by e-mail

    Hello,

    I was wondering if there was anyway I can change the content that goes out to my followers (who have followed my via e-mail) whenever I post something new?

    Is that possible at all? Right now my entire post gets sent out, and I’d like to just send out a notification with the title of the new post and a link.

    Hi there, it depends what mechanism you’re using to deliver your posts by email. How are you sending them out?

    If you’re using a plugin that relies on your site’s RSS feed, you can set your RSS feed to include only an excerpt of the post by going to Settings > Reading, and next to “For each article in a feed, show” – selecting “Summary.” This works in any theme.
