    Hello, i have just install this plugin and it work good but as people make a ticket on my site i don’t received an e-mail that i can see the ticket?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have install email notification add-on. After installing Email Notification add-on check following conditions : 

    1. Go to Support Plus > Add-ons > Email Notification and check you have entered From Name, From Email, Reply-to Email. From Email and Reply to email should not belong to any registered user on your site.
    2. Also check you have correctly configured email notification templates under same email notification settings. 
    3. Have you installed any SMTP plugin? If not please any smtp plugin and recheck issue. 
    4. Other than Support Plus emails are sent from your site? like wordpress password change email,new user registration etc  
    5. Also, could you please double check emails are not going in spam/bulk/junk mail folder?
