E learning advice please

Hi To all. I have literally just started with wordpress yesterday and I have wordpress setup through my pc before I move onto a domian and such.

I’d really like to create online learning with add-ons similarly used with other authoring tools such as adapt and articulate rise (if you have seen them). I would like to have the course assistive technology compliant responsive (e’g to view on mobile devices) with features like narration strips where you click and info scrolls sideways, multiple choice questions, background scrolling to make it appealing and so on.

I am really hoping I can make the course on wordpress, zip the course up into a SCORM package so it can be uploaded to and external LMS.

I’m hoping if anyone can give me any pointers or advice as to whether I can achieve some of these aims.

Really willing to learn as much as possible. I just need some direction for advice and how to focus my search for upskilling.
