    Hi
    I just updated my theme “custom community” and now my webshop doesn’t work. When I go to checkout I just see the icon that is visible on my page from my dashboard, that is a shopping cart and the text:
    “Do not remove this image unless you know what you are doing…” etc
    The normal procedure is missing. What can I do to make it work again?

  • Try to connect to your dashboard (yourwpsite/wp-admin) then go to plugins then check to see if the e-commerce plugin is active, if it’s not then simply activate it and test the website, if it’s active then deactivate it and activate it again.

    If you use any cache plugins reset their cache after you perform the above steps.
