i am having an issue with “Send Ecommerce Data to GetResponse”

sometime my client’s purchases will be sent to getresponse and they will be updated according to my automation but other times it won’t…

i have read the other support threads and have everything set up correctly including sku numbers but i still cant find the reason why sometimes my ecommerce data will be sent to getresponse and other times my purchases arent being received correctly
