# e-com store starter template does not load

 * The e-com store does not load at all. Keeps getting stuck at the first step and
   loads way past 100%. Just did the latest update. Worked once. But now nothing.

   to be an issue from your side, we tested this a lot and everything works fine.

 * Um okay I’ll try to put in another support ticket. It’s very strange though because
   all the other starter sites load fine. It’s only the e-com starter site that 
   is not loading right now.

 * I think it might be my hosting. I’m using intersever for the site with issues.
   But everything works fine on another site with HostGator hosting.

 * Yes it could be an issue from your hosting, but we have to investigate this more
   detailed.
