E-book purchase does not land in shopping cart

    Hello, I use the plugin to sell an e-book. When clicking on the shopping cart, the user lands on an empty shopping cart page.

    You need to select cart page from premium package settings:

    Thank you, but I made this. My page is named “Dein Warenkorb”, but this is the card page on my side.

    You need to add the shortcode [wpdmpp_cart] on that page to show the cart.

    The only point is now, that it seems to be impossible that you have a mixed card with the ebook download and another product. I have now two different exit options on the card page.

    And, sorry, the paypal integration doesn’t work. I would be very happy, if you would tell me, what I have to do… I already filled in a client ID and a client secret ID. I tried with the sandbox one and with the live one. Both is not working. When clicking on “pay with paypal” in google chrome browser nothing happened. In Safari browser the button is not loading.

    When checking the paypal settings it says: “credentials have been successfully validated”. I have no idea what to do.

    About the cart page, you may need to create a separate page with shortcode [wpdmpp_cart] and select that as cart page from premium package settings. In that way it will not mix up with another page.

    You need to configure paypal from here:

    And it will work fine after you move the cart in a different page.

    Hey Shafaet, thank you so much for your support. I have now a separate page for this, but paypay is still not working. I configured paypal exactly where you showed me. And the paypal credentials have been successfully validated. So I dont have a clue what the problem could be… Thank you

    Hey Shafaet, fine for you 🙂 Unfortunately it still not working and breaks up directly after clicking on PayPal. I really dont know what I can do. 🙁
