Dynamically Show/Hide a field based on the value of a checkbox

    Hello everybody,

    I am trying to achieve the following functionality:
    -User checks a checkbox, then an drop-down menu becomes visible (select)
    -User unchecks the checkbox, then the dropdown menu becomes invisible

    > Is it possible to do this within Contact Form 7 or with any of its extensions?
    > Is it possible to do this with coding? (I am not that experienced with WordPress coding, so I need a step-by-step explanation).

    This sort of conditional logic is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP and/or jQuery. I’d be surpised others were willing to provide “a step-by-step explanation”.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer some Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms, and Ninja Forms.
