Dynamically set Email To address based on another field

Hello,

Is there a way to dynamically set Email To address based on the value of another form field. I want to build a contact form and send the form data to different email addresses based on the topic selected. (support questions to support@mydomain.com, sales questions to sales@mydomain.com)
