# Dynamically loading content within a page

 * I would like to have a menu within a page that loads new content into a block/
   frame. I have been trying to do it with iframes, but it is turning into a mess.
   At this point, I am considering creating a new template to do this, but I wanted
   to see if anyone has any better suggestions. Is there an existing plug in that
   can help?

 * Both are decent. “TheThe” is sort of annoying.

 * Thanks for the suggestion. It looked promising but neither seems to work properly.
   I’m not sure if it is my theme (Mantra) or WP version. TheThe creates tabs okay,
   but they act weird. WP-UI doesn’t even create tabs.

 * Okay, WP UI is working now. It was actually conflicting with the Easy Smooth 
   Scroll Links plugin.
