 * Hello,
 * Thank you for the plugin. I have went through the entire web to figure out how
   to place a Dynamic TEXT (Not field) Heading. I want to pull the post title for
   different pages and have it placed as subject.
 * Example:
 * Get more information on
    “Post Title” < — The post title should not be a field-
   just plain text.
 * Input field 1
    input field 2 etc..
 * You should create a pro version with improvements and charge money – thats just
   my opinion.

 * Thanks for the prompt response. This shortcode only works for backend, for mail.
   I want to have post title on Front end. So customer visiting website will see
   this at the top of the form as subject.
 * Get Information For “Post Title” <– Heading 3
 * Input Box 1
    Input Box 2 Input Box 3
