dynamic to top won't delete

Hi Matt,
I tried to changed the background color of the ‘To Top’ button and the button then disappeared from all of the pages, so I deactivated the plugin and tried to delete it, but it won’t delete. Now all of my images don’t show on the pages even though they are there when I view the pages on the dashboard. I don’t know if there is a connection, but I want to delete the plug-in so that I can then re-upload it. Can you help please Matt?

My other site is fine and you can see that both the images and your plugin are fine (http://azollabiosystems.co.uk/structure/ccs-team/) so I’m confused about the problem.
