Dynamic Text fields

Hello.
I need to create text fields depending from a drop-down menu.

Exemple:
People reservation for a Wedding Party:
if one select 3 people, I would that 3 text fields appears in 3 differents lines

Some one can help me with him?
I need to use another plugin?
