 * Does this plugin allow for dynamic start/end dates?
 * For example, I would like to set the calendar to allow bookings for 180 days 
   into the future, for any given day. Therefore the start and end day is always
   changing.

 * Hello.
    At the General Booking Settings page in Calendar section you can set 
   for the option “Number of months” value “6 months”. So all your visitors will
   be able to scroll the months in calendar only for the next 6 months starting 
   from current months. Kind Regards.
