You can use a reviews shortcode to display reviews based on tags (product tag or review tag) on the product page. Please go to Reviews > Settings > Shortcodes tab, to get more details.

You can use the PHP code, pass the tags or categories to the shortcode when outputting it in the frontend. Here is a reference Reviews for Grouped Products.

Note: we don’t support the customization code, it is beyond our scope of support. If you are not familiar with coding, you can contact an expert developer to help you add the code to your site.

There isn’t an option to show the star rating and number of reviews for the group product. You can see the number of reviews in the shortcode reviews section.
I will inform the development team to consider supporting this feature to show the star rating and number of reviews for some specific products.
