 * Is there a plugin that can recreate this thumbnail scroller effect:

 * I’d like to allow it to call in random images and associated page titles and 
   have each image url link to the source page. I’ve been searching for a couple
   of hours but I can only find sliders and not scrolling thumbs like this. Any 
   help would be greatly appreciated.
