Dynamic recipient email

Hi I have been trying out your advanced forms for acf and can’t quite work out how to achieve what I need.

I am trying to set up a form that dynamically chooses an acf email field in the Send to field.

I want the recipient of the email to come from a different acf group I set up as a custom post type and not to be visible on the contact form.

Is that possible?
