Thank you for sending over the link to the product you’re working with. I’m not 100% certain I understand what you’re wanting to do. Have you tried using the multiple choice option in Product Add-ons instead of variable products? That might be easier to manage.
If not, let me know a bit more specifically about what you’re wanting to do here.

Not yet I am going to buy the Woocommerce “product add-ons” and see if it works, but simply I want customers to be able to choose a quantity only for the first variable which should multiply that amount for that variable.
The rest of the options are either just yes or no…

Yup! Product Add-Ons will allow you set price based on quantity and other options such as checkboxes, dropdowns, text fields.
