Dynamic portfolio showcase display (howto?)

    Hello,
    I want to use some technique to display portfolio items on my portfolio.
    I saw very interesting method at http://anna-pawelczyk.net/

    My question is how to apply and use such effect to display bottom thumbs in fully featured content with image on top container. Does anybody has link to the tutorial/source of jQuery plugin etc. to use such effect ?

    I will be very thankfull.
