Dynamic Link Generation Script or Automatic Dynamic Redirections

    I want that a Person-“A” click on Link A i.e <a href="http://abc.com"> Abc.com</a>then he must pe redirected to link like <a href="http://abc.com/person1"> Person-A </a>,if Person-“B” click on same link <a href="http://abc.com">Abc.com</a>then he must be redirected to <a href="http://abc.com/person2">Person-B</a> automatically. So please any one can help me.By script or any thing.
