 * I’ve set up a very simple flash header, which is the same size as the twenty 
   eleven banner all works fine except the flash file is fine on the height, but
   the width doesn’t seem to adapt (scale) in the same way an image would.
 * The flash file is set at 1000px by 288px as per the Twenty Eleven theme
