# Dynamic Form

 * I have a post template built using Elementor and with Forminator inside each 
   page. But I would like for each form when sent to be in the category of the post.
   Using that I think it would be best to use some custom JS to insert the post 
   name using a query selector. But I can’t see an area to insert custom JS… Is 
   there an area?

 * Forminator comes with a hidden field that you can add to your form and select
   to use post/page Title or ID, would this do the trick for your setup?

 * All you have to do is edit your form, add Hidden field and select the desired
   value that it should return.
