    Hi,

I’m looking for the best way to filter Woocommerce products with dynamic questions (change according to previous answer) using tags.

I’m working through this issue with a freelance developer who has expressed that I can either have dynamic questions in a hierarchical system or have a set filter panel. Neither of which work for my situation.

I’ve looked at the hierarchical system but with the way my questions are set up (to aid real world users) it would potentially involve creating over 100,000 child and parent categories and then managing them through the small window on each product page would be near impossible.

Having a set filter panel will ask every question in one go and confuse the user as they will be trying to answer questions that don’t relate to their situation (i.e. asking for wall type when they are looking for floor types).

Is there a plugin that would reference something like a WP data tables and offer set dynamic questions based on a flow chart?

    Has anyone done this before?

    Thanks
    Chris

@chrispaterson Have you been able to locate a solution to meet your needs? If you have not, you may be able to reach out to a new developer either through the WooExpert program or through Codeable, both are linked here: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
