Dynamic fiels not working

Hi. The last few weeks some of the dynamic values does not work.

{customer_id}, {customer_email}, {customer_first_name}, {customer_last_name} does not give any value, it only shows the placeholder text, f.ex. {customer_email}, the rest works({order_number}, {order_total}, {order_subtotal}, {currency}, {payment_method}).

Do you have any idea what can cause this?
