Dynamic Cache error but not sure why

    I have this constant message on dashboard:
    SG CachePress: Your site is not cached! Make sure the Dynamic Cache is enabled in the SuperCacher tool in cPanel.
    However it’s activated in SuperCache and in cpanel on my host.
    Any ideas how to fix this? I don’t even know what a cache is.
