    Hello,

First of all: great plugin you have here! It does it all. Very nice!
A question: I adjusted the po and mo-file (NL) with dutch translations. After that I uploaded them into content > languages > plugins
I also tried deleting the original ones in the plugin folder, but it just stays English instead of Dutch.
What am I doing wrong here? Is there an additional setting for language or so?

    Thanks in advance!
    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hey Tom,

I’m glad you like the plugin and thank you so much for the review! That really helps encourage others to try out the plugin as well so it’s greatly appreciated.

There is a setting on the “Form” tab to switch between “Custom” messages and “Translation” messages. Right now the confirmation message can not be both customized and translated but we are working on a better way to handle this.

Let me know if you have more questions or if this doesn’t seem to solve your issue!

    Hello,

But where are those translation files for then? Can you tell me when this will work?
I have a fully translated website, full functioning, but only the forms of this plugin with some English strings.

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hey Tom,

Sorry I think my first message may have been confusing!

Did you try switching the setting “Message” to “Translations”? See this screenshot: https://snag.gy/OVAKTf.jpg

This will allow you to use all of your translated strings. If you leave the setting as “Custom” then the plugin will use all of the text you saved on the “Form” and “Email” tabs as strings.

The empty translation files for a few languages were added by request in order to make translating the registrations plugin easier with other plugins that use or create translations (like WPML or Locotranslate).

Hopefully this makes sense! Let me know if you have more questions or if this isn’t what you meant. If you’d like to share a link to your site and send your “System Info” so I can take a look, feel free to do that on our website here: https://roundupwp.com/support/
