# installer.php url going to different “Deploy Screen”

 * So I packaged up my current site with duplicator and it packaged up nicely. I
   got the installer.php file and the other file which I zipped up. I placed them
   on my new host in public_html with the FTP program. I went to my sitename.com/
   installer.php and you know how it should take you to the duplicator installer
   screen where you put in your database info? It’s taking me to this duplicator
   step 1 of 4 deployment screen. I click on next and it loads a long time then 
   gives me an internal server error. Does anyone know what could be wrong and maybe
   suggestions of things I could try to make this work?

 * You may double check the installer-log.txt file for clues. If you have a large
   package on a budget host it may have reached a timeout limit. In this cause you
   can manually extract the installer… More info about that can be found here:
