Installer.php shows blank page or two question marks

    “URGENT[Plugin : Duplicator] ” removed from topic line

    Hey guys.
    When I create and download the installer.php, it looks like it’s downloading it in ASCII form.
    This isn’t working as when i upload it via FTP to my host, it’s showing as a blank page.
    My host doesn’t have a problem running php normally.
    I don’t know why this is happening, and if anyone could help me sort it out i’d really appreciate it.
