# Duplicator install prolbems

 * hi guys,
    I am migrating a wordpress website from one host to another. I have
   used duplicator to create the package and installer.
 * The installer refuses to run citing connection issues with the server.
 * The web host has stated that I cannot use “localhost” but they have given me 
   the ip addresses to enter.
 * Trouble is, which ip address doe I use…
 * the main server local ip address,
    the mysql public ip address, or the MySQL 
   private ip address?
 * In order to problem solve..I have tried to install it on my local xampp system
   at home but am getting absolutely no where.
 * Is there a way I can manually copy packages and installer into wordpress directory
   and have the program detect it from inside wordpress?

 * There is no auto-detection built in at this point. Basically you have to know
   the connection string, you might checkout this section on the FAQs it has pointers
   for working with databases.
