    Hey Adieu ,

    Checkout this section on the FAQs I believe it may help with this issue:
    -> Browse to: http://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq
    -> Find section: "3. Troubleshoot=> Permissions"

    If your still unable to isolate the issue you can submit a support ticket and I can look at the issue closer for you...

    Hope that helps!

    Getting this exact same error now. Weird thing is, I was using Duplicator on this same website earlier in the week.

    You may double-check your permissions and the php error logs to see if there are any clues as to why the archive isn't getting constructed.

    Hi. Thanks for your interest but I gave up and transferred the site the old fashioned manual way.

    Hey @hasanzaheer,

    Did you check out the FAQ link above on permissions? 99% of error related to that message are related to permission issues...

    Cheers~

    I did, I tried the older version of the plugin and that worked perfect.

    Hey @hasanzaheer,

    You can try 0.5.5 on the dev line if you want. Without looking at your system, there isn't much I can do at this point except make guesses...

    Thanks~
