    We have multiple cases where members are being charged twice for the same recurring subscription fee. Can you give us advice on why this is occurring? It is properly connected via Stripe and taking payments, but its taking two payments at a time. Are there any known conflicts with other plugins and any settings which could also cause this. Any help would be appreciated.

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    Can you confirm these are two separate subscriptions being charged or is it creating a duplicate order inside Paid Memberships Pro?

    Please reference the subscription ID inside the Paid Memberships Pro orders, this will help determine if it’s a duplicate order (same charge) or separate charges (two subscriptions linked to a member).

    I have the same problem with duplicating subscription charges.
    How did you resolve this issue?
