Duplication of minification

Somewhere in the Asset Cleanup instruction you write “Don’t enable minification/concatenation on both Asset CleanUp and other caching plugin at the same time as this could lead to extra resources loaded and can generate conflicts or even duplicated files that will end up increasing the total page size.”

I don’t have minification enabled on any other caching plugin, but I do have html+css+js minification enabled in Page Rules of my online Cloudflare account. Should I enable minification/concatenation on my Asset CleanUp??
