Thank you for reaching out to us. The issue you are experiencing concerning the duplicate orders is known to us and should be fixed in our next release (1.6.0) that is currently being tested for release.
The issue you mentioned concerning duplicate products appearing in order was so far not been identified and we would like to further investigate this.
Would you be willing to provide us with more details on what is happening when the products get duplicated in an order? Are there any similar circumstances when this happens? Have you been able to reproduce the issue? Can you share your system report with us? If you rather not share these types of details on a public forum, you can also open a service desk ticket with us via these instructions: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
This link can also be linked if you want to test the beta version of our next release to verify the fix for the duplicate orders. Just link this thread to the ticket if you choose to open one.

I have replied to the ticket you opened with us 4 days ago and sent you a package that should provide a workaround. Yes, you should receive this via email. I will send another update on that ticket to see if you get it after I have sent this.
The release should most likely take place within 2 weeks, but we are relying on other companies in order to make that a reality, so I can’t promise anything.

I am not getting the email replies for the ticket. Can you confirm which email is associated with it. I hope it’s not misspelt.
