Duplicating No longer functioning

I apologize, I am by far no expert at WordPress and this is hopefully a simple fix for the person reading this. My whole business depends on this working so Im desperate for help. Yesterday I updated a bunch of plugins and now I cant duplicate my most recent sites. In admin settings, the option under duplication for “allow all duplication of all sites of the network” is checked. However I noticed that in the option below that that would allow for only selected sites, the available sites are all older sites we created months ago. It almost seems like my last 7 months of sites are not being seen by my network. I tried calling Inmotion and they suggested this forum.
