Duplicates First post when "Show in Home" is enabled

Hi –

Really love the plugin! Two questions:

1. I noticed that when I enable the “Show in Home” feature, the first post in my feed is shown twice. Is there a way to prevent that?

2. Also noticed that it doesn’t exclude the current post. Sounds like that will be fixed in the next update. Will that be available soon?
