Duplicated pages, capitalized text, useless info in course description

I wanted to express my appreciation for your plugin; it does seem quite useful.

However, I’ve come across a few issues that have been causing me some inconvenience:

1. Capitalization: I’m using the plugin in Romanian, and I’ve noticed that the text is automatically capitalized. For example, a string like “Prezentare Generală” should not be in all caps. This issue is consistent across several strings in the plugin interface, like “10 Week” with a capitalized ‘W’ and “All Levels” with a capitalized ‘L’. It would be great if you could remove this CSS capitalization.
2. Useless Information: The plugin displays the number of quizzes, even when there are none. For courses without quizzes, seeing “0 Quizzes” is unnecessary and may confuse users.
3. Page Duplication: The most significant issue I’ve encountered is that the plugin keeps duplicating pages. For instance, when I try to set an empty state for the “All instructors page” dropdown in the plugin Settings > General tab and save the settings, a new “Instructors” page is unexpectedly created – and there is already one.

I understand that these may be bugs resulting from updates, but I believe you have the expertise to address these issues.
